Introduction
Installation is very straight forward. The laser cut and CNC formed bracket attaches to the tray located above the dash using four machine screws, included in the hardware kit. The four .25" holes used must be drilled by the user in the OEM tray. Should you choose to return to stock, the OEM rubber mat inside the tray conceals the holes.

Installation
-
Remove the tray and speaker cover. Remove the rubber mat from the tray. Mask the edges of the dashboard using masking tape to avoid scratches. Pry off the speaker cover by pulling front to back, using the trim tool for assistance if needed. Remove the 4 white clips from the speaker cover if they pop off.
-
Unscrew the two 7mm screws from the tray. Be careful not to hit the windshield with the ratchet. Use the proper angle as these screws are angled towards the driver. Remove the screws completely.
-
Use the trim tool to pop the tray off by prying at the front edge. The tray is held by 3 clips. If you have a center speaker, unclip its harness before removing the tray completely.
-
Place the tray on a stable surface and mark the two initial holes using the bracket as a guide. Use a small drill bit to punch the holes, then expand them to ¼ inch. Ensure the tray is at room temperature to avoid cracking. Secure the mount loosely with screws to align the remaining two holes, mark them, and drill them as well.
-
Install the bracket. Drop in the first fasteners through the drilled holes and loosely attach washers and nuts. Reach through the mount to attach the remaining fasteners. Tighten all the fasteners to ensure the bracket is secure. remove to mount accessories once alignment and fitment is confirmed.
-
Attach any accessories to the mount while it’s out of the truck. For example, install a RAM ball mount for your cellphone or other devices.
-
Reinstall the tray. Plug in the center speaker and any other accessories like GPS. Align the tray and push it back into place, securing the three push-in clips. Reinsert and tighten the two 7mm screws.
