Do I need a riser mount to use a Quick Fist Clamp on your MOLLE panels?

Yes and no. It really depends on how you want to orient a clamp and what you want to use it for. The Quick Fist Clamp mounting holes aren't necessarily compatible with the slots on our panels in all orientations. Our slot spacing is 2" on center vertically and the Quick Fist Clamp holes are not. Our Riser Mount serve two functions. They act as an adapter for the hole spacing and they allow the clamp to be spaced off the panels surface. When in doubt, pair a Quick Fist Clamp with the matching Riser Mount.
