Do I need to download the Shop App to track my order?

No, you do not need to download the Shop App. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information outside of the Shop App via emial from (info@builtrightind.com). If you have not yet received a shipping notification emial and its beyond our advertised Order Fulfillment Lead Time, check your Spam and Promotional (Gmail) folders as our correspondence maye have ended up there.
