Introduction
Installation is quick and easy. We worked hard to keep the design simple, requiring the fewest number of fasteners and brackets, which will not only save time, but minimizes opportunity for failure. Kit includes all hardware necessary for installation.

Rivet Nut Installation Tool (Hardware Tool Provided in Kit)
Pry Tool
3/8" Drill Bit w/electric drill
Instructions
1. Connect the two panels using the two 18-8 button head screws and a 5/32" Allen Key.
2. Remove the plastic covers (total of 3) plugging the oval shaped holes in the bed with a pick tool or flat blade screwdriver.
3. Assemble the 3 upper bed block supports. Start by passing the 5/16" button head bolts through a 5/16" washer, then pass through the upper holes along the top edge of the panel assembly. Slide the injection molded bed block with the writing/branding facing the back of the MOLLE panel and then hand tighten the 5/16" strut channel nut on to the end of the bolt until snug against the polymer bed plug (ensuring horizontal orientation). Hand tight is all that is needed and the restangular strut channel nut and beg block must be in a horizontal orientation to slid into the bed with ease.
4. Lift the panel into place, slipping the mounting blocks into their corresponding holes in the cab wall. You will just hold the panel up to the cab wall so you can mark the lower 3 mounting holes, removing the assembly so you can drill and install the lower 3 rivet nuts.
5. Once you have market all three holes along the bottom of the panel, remove the entire assembly and use a 3/8" drill bit to drill the 3 holes. You may find it easier to start with a smaller bit, say 1/8" to use as a pilot hole and then work up to the 3/8" bit.
6. Using your own dedicated Rivet Nut Nut tool, firmly install the three 1/4-20 rivet nuts at the bottom of the cab wall. A rivet nut installation tool kit is provided in with your Cab Wall Assembly, but you may find it easier to use a cost effective single purpose rivet nut tool like this one here. To learn how to use the rivet nut installation tool provided in your kit, follow this link. This is one of those scenarios where a video is worth a thousand words.
7. Before hanging the panel assembly back on the cab wall, instal the rubber bumper with push rivet on the back side of upper left corner of the passenger side panel. This spaces the upper left edge of the panel off the bed so there is no change of metal to metal contact under extreme loading.
8. You're not ready to fully install the cab wall MOLLE panel assembly. Hang the panel on the upper three bed holes, making sure all of the strut channel nuts maintain horizontal orientation as they pass through the oval shaped bed plug holes. Using your 3/16" allen wrench, turn the bolt head counter clockwise 1/8-1/4 turn (loosening the strut channel and bed block assembly), then clockwise 1/4 until the strut channel nut has gone from horizontal to vertical orientation. Pull out on the allen head bolt by hooking a pick or finger nail under the bolt hear or washer lip and then continue to fully tighten down. Tighten down all three with hand tools firmly, but to not overtorque.
9. Slide a 1/4" washer over the remaining three 1/4-20 bolts, passing then through the lower holes in the cab wall pane, and sliding the spacers on th the bolts to stand the panel off the bed. Using a 5/32's allen key tighten these down snugly. Using that same allen key, finish by tightening up the two allen head bolts that join the panel if they were not already full tight.
Easy Peasy, your installation is complete!
