Introduction
Installation of the Tundra Bedside Rack System is our easiest ever. We worked hard to keep the design simple, requiring the fewest number of fasteners and brackets, which will not only save time, but minimizes opportunity for failure.

Installation
1. Prepare the Bed:
- Remove the tie-downs located in the corners of the bed.
- Remove the track system by undoing all screws using the T30 and T40 Torx bits.
- There's a push rivet next to the second rearmost screw. Once all screws are removed, use a tool to remove the push rivet holding the track.
2. Mount the Rear Panel:
- Reinsert the push rivet through the channel and into the rear panel to hold it in place.
- Align the rear panel against the bedside.
- Loosely install the three bolts at the top rail using the included hardware.
- Reinstall the tie-down in the rear with its two bolts, but keep them loose for now to allow adjustments.
3. Mount the Front Panel:
- Move to the front panel.
- Like the rear panel, hold it up under the rail and install the three top bolts loosely.
- Reinstall the front tie-down and leave it loose for now.
4. Install the Bridge Panel:
- Install the bridge panel between the front and rear panels.
- Use the four button head screws to secure the bridge panel in place.
- Adjust the panels as needed to ensure a snug fit.
5. Tighten Everything Down:
- Once everything is in place and aligned, go around and tighten all the bolts on the panels and tie-downs securely.
