1. Position the Panel

Set the panel approximately in place before installing any clamps or mounts.
-
This allows you to decide where to mount your accessories for easier access.
-
Install the clamps or mounts now to save time later.
2. Assemble Bottom Bracket
-
Attach the bottom bracket to the panel using the provided carriage bolts and nuts. The Longer angle of the bracket should be positioned on top
-
Ensure the bracket is securely mounted to the back of the panel.
3. Remove Factory Tie-Down
-
Use a T30 socket to remove the factory tie-down from the bed.
4. Install the Panel
-
Place the panel into position, ensuring the top edge is tucked behind the bed rail.
-
Reinstall the factory tie-down using the two stock bolts but do not fully tighten them yet.
5. Install Bed Rail Clamps
-
Place the two bed rail clamps at the top of the panel to secure the panel. These are available through us or through other vendors.
-
Ensure the clamps are positioned correctly—clamping the back of the panel, not too high or too low.
-
Once positioned correctly, tighten the clamps to hold the panel in place.
-
Keep the panel level while tightening.
6. Final Adjustments
-
Once the clamps are secure, finish tightening all the fasteners.
- Repeat for other 3 corners
