Introduction

The installation of our Bedside Rack System on the 2022+ Ford Maverick is quick and easy. These kits come with all of the hardware needed to mount your panel to Ford's Flexbed holes.

Installation 

1. Remove the Tie-Down and Grommets

• Use the T30 Torx bit to remove the tie-down point located near the cab of the truck.

• Remove the rubber grommets from the surface where the panel will be mounted.

2. Start the Main Bolts

• Hold the panel in place and insert the four M8 bolts into the threaded inserts in the Ford Flexbed.

• Hand-tighten the bolts to ensure alignment.

3. Tighten the Main Bolts

• Use the impact driver or a socket to fully tighten the M8 bolts.

• Ensure the bolt holes for the tie-down remain lined up as you tighten.

4. Reinstall the Tie-Down

• Once the panel is secure, reinstall the tie-down point by hand-tightening the bolts, then finish tightening with the driver.

5. Install the Rubber Bumper

• Install the rubber bumper behind the wheel well to keep the panel secure and prevent movement.

• The bumper helps make the panel more rigid while slightly spaced off the bedside.

6. Install the Passenger Side Panel (if applicable)

• On the passenger side, the brand tag will face toward the cab wall instead of the tailgate.
