Installation

1. Headrest Block Preparation

• Attach the foam pieces to the headrest mounting blocks.
• Peel off the foam backing, place inside the blocks, and trim excess.
• Repeat for the second headrest block.

2. Upper Bracket Installation

• Position the upper bracket on the headrest posts.
• Use 4 12-24 button head screws and 4 black washers to loosely fit the bracket.
• Center the bracket using the gap in the upper slot.
• Tighten the screws once aligned.

3. Seat Teardown

• Move the seat forward to access the back.
• Remove the two elastic loops under the seat.
• Unzip the two zippers holding the seat fabric.
• Disconnect the wiring harness by pulling it down gently.
• Unloop the elastic and secure the upholstery out of the way.

4. Bottom Bracket Installation

• Use 2 panel clips and 2 1/4-20 bolts to mount the lower bracket.
• Align the panel clips with the seat holes, ensuring the flat side faces out.
• Loosely attach the lower bracket and tighten with caution to avoid breaking the clips.

5. Tech Plate Test Fitting & Adjustments

• Drop the upholstery back down and test fit the tech plate.
• If needed, adjust the upper bracket by loosening the screws and lowering it slightly.
• Re-tighten the upper bracket after adjustments.

6. Reinstall Upholstery

• Reattach the seat upholstery, starting with the zippers and moving down to the elastic loops.
• Pop the wire clips back into place.

7. Tech Plate Installation

• Attach the tech plate to the upper bracket using 3 12-24 screws.
• Start with the middle screw and let it hang before attaching the other two.
• Secure the bottom of the plate using quarter-20 button head screws and nuts.
• Tighten all screws to finish the installation.
