Installation
-
Remove Black Plastic Cover. Identify the black plastic cover above the tow hooks on either the driver's or passenger's side. Using your hand, simply pop off the plastic cover by pulling around the edges.
-
Locate the Bolt Holes. Find the two bolt holes just above the tow hook, which are covered by a rubber boot. Wiggle your fingers under the rubber cover (starting near the center of the truck) and pop the rubber off to expose the bolt holes, or use a plastic pry bar to keep the rubber boot loose during the process.
-
Insert Bolts. Drop the provided bolts into the exposed bolt holes, allowing them to pop through and act as studs for the bracket.
-
Install the Bracket. Slide the license plate relocation kit bracket onto the bolts. Loosely attach the nuts and washers onto the bolts to hold the bracket in place.
-
Tighten the Bracket. Use a wrench to tighten the nuts securely, making sure the bracket is firmly installed.
-
Reinstall the Black Plastic Cover. Snap the plastic cover back into place over the area where you removed it in step 1.
-
Mount the License Plate Holder. Attach the actual license plate holder to the installed bracket using the provided hardware.

It would be nice if it came with spacers to make plate sit level. Being ocd my plate setting crooked doesn’t look good. Visually it looks off by a lot. Added washers to make it look better.
These holes don't go through the exterior bumper shroud on a 22 tremor fyi
